All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any product at any time, and to refuse any order. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All prices are displayed in the currency selected at checkout and include applicable taxes where stated. Pack discounts, promotional pricing and comparison ("was") prices are calculated against the single-unit price shown on the product page.
We have made every effort to display our products and their colours as accurately as possible. Lifestyle images on our site are illustrative; actual product appearance may vary slightly. Battery life figures (up to 60 days in motion-sensing Auto Mode; approximately 10 hours in constant-on mode) are based on typical use and will vary with brightness setting, trigger frequency and ambient temperature.
3. Orders and payment
By placing an order you agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock unavailability; if your order is cancelled you will receive a full refund. Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments and its partners (including Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay). We do not store your full payment card details.
4. Shipping and delivery
Shipping terms, estimated delivery times and customs responsibilities are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided.
5. Returns, refunds and warranty

6. Safe use of the product
The Maisonry Smart Light is a low-voltage, battery-powered LED light intended for indoor use on clean, dry, flat surfaces. Follow the included instructions when mounting. Do not submerge the product, expose it to direct water spray, or use it outdoors in the rain. Keep the small parts (adhesive squares, screws, remote battery) away from young children. We are not liable for damage to surfaces caused by adhesive removal; test on an inconspicuous area if unsure, or use the included screw holes.
7. Accuracy of information
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information.
8. User comments and reviews
If you submit reviews, comments, photos or other content to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, edit and publish that content in any media. You represent that your submissions do not violate any right of a third party and do not contain unlawful, abusive or obscene material.
